Linda Sonne-HarrisonLinda Sonne-Harrison is a resourceful product marketing consultant who combines a passion for new technologies with the experience gained through more than 20 years of adventures in product marketing, marketing communications, sales, and management. At Giant Stride Marketing Group, Ms. Sonne-Harrison works with companies from scrappy startups to established market leaders. She has worked in a variety of enterprise software market spaces including CRM, e-commerce, talent management, enterprise portals, content management, analytics, integration, network management, and collaboration. She has marketed on-premise, SaaS, and appliance solutions and has collaborated successfully with marketing and sales teams located across the world.

 Ms. Sonne-Harrison brings expertise in customer-focused research and messaging, buyer personas, go-to-market strategies, sales and channel enablement, pricing and packaging, content marketing, product strategy and product launch execution. Prior to founding Giant Stride Marketing Group in 2004, Ms. Sonne-Harrison served as Director of Product Marketing at Saba, an enterprise software vendor in the talent management space. She led Saba’s global marketing strategy in the enterprise learning management market, including product strategy, positioning and lead generation strategy. She was also responsible for execution of marketing communications and programs. Saba recognized her contributions with an Employee Excellence Award after only three months on the job. In addition to her work with Saba, Ms. Sonne has served in a number of product marketing, planning, partner management, and outbound marketing roles at Hewlett-Packard and BroadVision. She holds a BA from Stanford University and a MBA in Marketing from University of California, Los Angeles.

Elizabeth (Liz) PadulaElizabeth (Liz) Padula is a marketing and business development leader with over 20 years experience in marketing strategy, product marketing and direct sales. She has worked in Silicon Valley and in the Boston area at Riverbed, Inktomi, Novell, and MCI Telecommunications and has strong industry experience with open source, cloud computing, and networking solutions. Ms. Padula brings to her projects an extensive track record in B2B software and technology product marketing from strategy to launch with strong sales alignment.

Ms. Padula has a strong background in entrepreneurial marketing with proven success in leading teams and managing complex projects to drive sales revenue, market awareness and program results. She enjoys the marketing challenge of identifying a target segment, defining a value proposition, and creating the right message and campaign to generate business opportunities. Professionally, she has been a past guest speaker at MBA marketing courses at Bentley College, Boston College and Suffolk University and while at UCLA Anderson, she was a teaching assistant in Professor Al Osborne’s entrepreneurship and venture initiation course. Liz also advises the marketing efforts for a solar startup, Rivermoor Energy.

Currently Ms. Padula is the Chairperson of the Boston Chapter of the UCLA Anderson Alumni Club, an Associate Member of the Council for Women of Boston College, and a Co-Chair of the Creative Arts & Science Committee in the Newton Public Schools. She is also an avid yoga instructor at her own studio, Artemis Yoga in Watertown, MA. Ms. Padula holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of California Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management and a BS in Marketing from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
